Account and workspace access
The app uses HTTPS, hashed passwords and encrypted connection credentials. You can enable two-factor authentication or passkeys. Give each team member the role they need and review who has access to shared mailboxes. Roles are available on all plans; the workspace activity log is a Business feature.
AI access has a boundary
The built-in assistant and MCP use the connected person’s permissions. External MCP clients can be read-only or read-and-write, but cannot send messages or delete records. Data returned to an external AI client is handled by that client’s provider too. Review its terms and revoke connections you no longer need.
Data handling and appropriate use
The Privacy Policy describes the hosting and processing providers, retention periods, exports and deletion options. Do not store health records, government identification documents or other data excluded by the Terms. Circlebase is a sales CRM; this page does not claim a healthcare compliance certification or a service-level guarantee.
Report a concern
Contact [email protected] with the affected page or feature, a description and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not email passwords, API tokens or customer data. Use a test record when demonstrating a problem.
